In order to safeguard clients and ourselves during these unprecedented times we are implementing the following:

We are initially only working in our office environment where we can best control conditions. This will be reviewed as and when the situation allows.

So that we can take sensible precautions we will be spacing out appointments so that there is ample time to clean all surfaces, rails, handles and equipment between clients. This obviously will mean that we will not be able to schedule clients as frequently as previously.

Lenses, overlays and other testing materials shared during an assessment will be individually treated before being subsequently used again.

A screen will separate client and the diagnostician who will also wear a mask and a visor when appropriate.

CLIENTS

Clients are asked to notify us if they are unwell prior to the appointment. We will happily re-schedule.

To reduce the number of persons in the office, adults with an appointment are asked to attend on their own. Children should be accompanied by one adult only.

On arrival you will be asked to wash your hands. The diagnostician will also do the same.
